I was excited to read in the April issue of "Dog Watch", published by Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine, that they are launching an exciting and informative new website in April. It is called the CCHC or Cornell Canine Health Center.
The CCHC is described as "a network of Cornell scientists and clinicians working to improve the health of dogs. The website will be a resource for owners, veterinarians and breeders seeking up-to-date canine health and behavior information".
They will be delivering the latest information to interested parties through online workshops, articles and videos.
As there is such an overwhelming amount of information on the Internet about canine health that may or may not be helpful and may even be harmful, the creators of CCHC, feel there is a need for reliable ,research -based data for owners and veterinarians to turn to.
